Thomas Halligan has over 15 years financial analysis and business consulting experience. Has supported and led reporting systems development projects focusing on sales monitoring, cost development, operations forecasting and reporting, demand planning and process redesign.

Tom has a solid accounting background is experienced in revenue recognition, cost development, including capital budgeting and management reporting.

He has participated in several due diligence investigations, including reviews for commercial real estate and consumer packaged goods companies.

Mr. Halligan is technologically proficient in systems background with Netsuite, JD Edwards, Cognos, SAP, BW, Peoplesoft, Archibus, Unionware, Intacct, Visio and Model development in Excel.

Margaret has over 20 years of extensive consulting, service deliver, project management experience. Ms. Chin was formally a Senior Manager with Ernst and Young and Anderson Consulting (formally Accenture).

During her first 15+ years of her professional career as a management and IT consultant Margaret had successfully managed many multi-million dollar projects for some of the top fortune 500 companies. Ms. Chin also has substantial experience with medium clients as well as public institutions. She has implemented corporate strategies supported by new technologies, business processes improvement, and change management resulting in increased productivity, enhanced competitiveness, higher customer satisfaction, and significant cost reduction.

Margaret also owns a Sacramento based Real Estate Company and has spent part of the last 8 years helping hundreds of homeowners and commercial clients realize their real estate needs.
